WHEN YOU CAN RETURN AN ITEM

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items, except all sale items, socks and innerwear items, with original tags and in their original packaging.
  • All purchases in www.nouxz.com have a 7 days return policy from the date of receiving of the order. Please make sure that:

1. All tags are still attached

2. The product is unused, unsoiled, unwashed and unaltered

3. It’s in its original packaging

4. The Product is not damaged

Warranty against Manufacturing defect: NOUXZ shall be liable for all manufacturing defects in the Products if the claim is put forth within 90 days of delivery of the Product to the customer. When you return a product to NOUXZ claiming a manufacturing defect, the product goes through a quality testing. The manufacturing defects of NOUXZ covers issues caused by an error in the manufacturing process, and are not defects caused by improper fit, normal wear and tear, damage due to improper use, misuse, improper transportation or storage, unauthorized repair, or negligence, carelessness, accident, failure to follow product instructions, modification or alteration to the product, for purposes other than normal use are not covered by NOUXZ warranty obligations and are not eligible for a refund.

The company is authorized to assess and identify the manufacturing defect in accordance with the internal SOP.

NOUXZ India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make adjustments to the exchange/refund policy from time to time.

  • All in-store purchases can only be exchanged in store.

For all returns, we reserve the right to change our returns policy at any time.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS

Returns

1. You can use our FREE return service for all your returns.
For Registered Customers you can click here for returning the Products/Order. 
For Unregistered Customers you can click here for returning the Products/Order. 

2. Returns under the 7 days window period:
 Once we receive the Product(s), at NOUXZ warehouse then a quality check shall be performed on the returned Product. If the Product is found to be fit to be returned, refund shall be processed within 7 business days to the original payment channel. After processing the refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment service provider’s terms and conditions for which NOUXZ having no control shall bear no responsibility.

3. The products that do not meet the quality check criteria as mentioned above, will be returned back to the customer and the refund claim shall be rejected.

4. Orders purchased in India on www.nouxz.com can be returned via this process. All in-store purchases can be exchanged in franchisee store only.

5. If you made your purchase in any another country, you’ll need to return them to the country where you purchased them.

6. We do not accept any exchanges. We only refund orders that meet our return criteria, as explained above.

7. There shall be no refund for Products purchased on sale/ discount.
